This historic winery launched 'Yoichi Wine' production in 1974, establishing itself as a pioneer in the region. In 2011, driven by a desire to share their passion for wine with visitors, they expanded beyond winemaking to include a restaurant, gallery and atelier, cafe, and wine shop, transforming into a destination where food and art complement exceptional wines.
They source grapes from their own vineyard, acquired in 2014, as well as from contracted Yoichi vineyards cultivated through relationships spanning over 30 years. The operation has since grown to encompass three company farms. They deeply value the trust built with local grape growers, continuously working together toward higher quality cultivation.
With a new head winemaker joining in 2022, they're embracing fresh approaches while honoring their legacy to create truly exceptional local wines.
